Château De Quarante

Languedoc, South of France
Near Beziers, Montpellier & Carcassonne

Our small Château, tastefully renovated to bring you all the quality comforts of home is surrounded by a shady, flowered park where the more laid back guests will enjoy reading a book under the century old cedar tree to the cooing of the turtle doves while others can learn how to play a friendly game of Pétanque.

The elegantly relaxed surroundings will make you feel right at home.

Our Rental Program is meant for those keen on a very laid back approach to vacation time and who would rather not spend their time cooking, cleaning or grocery shopping and prefer to leave it all to us and concentrate on the serious business of having fun while being pampered...

Following your fancy, you can sample regional wines, browse around colorful open markets, shop in elegant boutiques, cruise on the Canal du Midi, hike among fragrant wild flowers or admire centuries old churches, arenas and fortresses.
Take a quiet stroll through old villages' winding streets and their flowered balconies after a sip of local wine in a small café...

Why not rent the whole Château for an intimate wedding, a special anniversary or a fun bunch gathering ?

At the heart of Languedoc, among vineyards and pine trees, the Château de Quarante is waiting for you!
